ANSI/ICEA S-101-699 - technical definition

The standard published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Insulated Cable Engineers Association (ICEA) for Category 3 (Cat 3) individually unshielded twisted pair (UTP) indoor cable for use in general purpose non-LAN telecommunication wiring systems.
