In Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), a technique that considers factors such as bandwidth, hop count, and performance requirements of the traffic flow in selecting the endto-end Label Switched Path (LSP). See also bandwidth, flow, hop, LSP, MPLS, and traffic.
