Graham, D-FL, on May 13,
2002, this Act was to authorize for 2003 the financial appropriations for intelligence-gathering and
intelligence-related activities of the U.S. government, the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement
and Disability System, and the Community Management Account. Though the this
Act reached the Senate floor on September 25, 2002, it was never passed in this
form.
