A family of QIC-based backup tape drives originally from Iomega. The earlier Easy 800 and Easy 3200 were Travan TR1 and TR3 drives with 400MB and 1.6GB native capacity. The subsequent 2GB and 3.7GB models (compressed, 2x native) use proprietary formats, but can read QIC-80, QIC-Wide 80, QIC-3010 & 3020, TR1, TR2 and TR3 tapes.
Ditto Max drives come in 3, 5, 7 and 10GB capacities (compressed) and can read Ditto 2GB and 3.7GB, TR3 and QIC-3020s. Verbatim makes a full line of cartridges for the units. Ditto Max cartridges have a 250MB Flash!File partition in the front of the tape that is reserved for frequently used files. See
QIC.
