A not-for-profit special interest group of manufacturers, vendors, carriers, and others with interests in the development and promotion of frame relay technology. The Frame Relay Forum developed a number of Implementation Agreements (IAs) that address interoperability issues. The Frame Relay Forum merged with the ATM Forum and MPLS Forum to form the MFA Forum.
