Oracle9i Developer Suite - technical definition

A J2EE-based application development suite from Oracle that is used to write Java, XML and Web services applications. It includes the JDeveloper development environment as well as Forms Developer for forms design, Designer for modeling and application generation, Discoverer for query and reporting and a variety of other tools.
