Phoenix Award BIOS - technical definition

A PC BIOS from Phoenix Technologies Ltd., Milpitas, CA (www.phoenix.com). It was originally developed by Award Software, Inc., Los Gatos, CA, and acquired by Phoenix in 1998. Phoenix Award BIOS chips and Award BIOS chips have been installed in millions of computers. See BIOS and Phoenix BIOS.
