Trimetra - technical definition

A family of servers from Fujitsu Services (formerly ICL) that are the first products of its Millennium Programme, which is designed to enable the company to compete in the 21st century. Trimetra supports the OpenVME, UnixWare and Windows NT environments and comes in high-end SY servers, single node DL servers and the NOVA series based on CMP technology. Fujitsu's successors to the Trimetra architecture were the Nova and SuperNova series.
